A Life Transformed

Meet Tejas!

Tejas A. is a 16 year old boy. He was born with hydrocephalous, and was immediately operated on for both his hydrocephalus and a spinal chord problem, but he is still paralyzed from the knees down. He has never had a wheelchair, so his father carries him everywhere and he has to drag himself along the ground at school. He has multiple scrapes along his legs from raking his numb flesh across gravel and rocks.

proVISION ASIA presented a wheelchair to Tejas, so that he will be able to go to school and study. A once-bleak future now looks promising!
